Keep On, Keeping On

Today I went biking twice: 1.6 miles with my oldest daughter and 2.9 miles with my husband (to the local Subway to get a sandwich for lunch). I’ve also registered for another online training journal at http://www.entryworks.com/EW_TLogs/login_user.cfm. This is a good one because it tracks multiple sports, not just biking or running, so I can keep better track of my physical fitness regimen. Signing up for these journals and buying myself a nice new workout outfit have helped me feel more like I’m getting into a serious routine now - I only have to be sure to continue with what I’ve started.
I’ll do my best to get out again tomorrow morning to exercise. What I’d like to do is either bike or jog in the morning before work and then do the other exercise in the evening after work. I could also go swimming during the weekends. That way I’ll have a well-rounded exercise program and will be able to get into better shape more quickly, I hope.
