Forty-three and three days…
Monday was my 43rd birthday, so I’m one year closer to the big-50 and my goal to compete in a triathlon. I didn’t get out to exercise this morning again; my hip has been giving me some twinges and I wasn’t feeling well yesterday. I’m hopeful I can get out this afternoon.
