Something Different
By Administrator | November 24, 2006
This year, I managed not to stuff myself so much at Thanksgiving dinner that I felt like exploding. Nor did I nibble while cooking or eat a lot of the turkey while cleaning up after dinner. I haven’t really broken into the leftovers much, either. Something is different with me recently because I honestly haven’t felt like eating as much as I normally do (not that I’m complaining).
Today we took a trip to the local bookstore and I bought the Dr. Gott No Flour, No Sugar Diet book. I’ve been reading about this in his column for awhile now and a lot of people have said that they lose quite a bit of weight by following his advice. I’ve been feeling for awhile that I really should not be eating much bread anyway and I’m hoping this will not only help me lose some of this weight I’ve been dragging around, but also that I’ll feel better in general by giving up some of the things that I shouldn’t be putting in my body.
I really hope this one works for me…
