Nothing New - Yet
By Administrator | November 26, 2006
This new process of re-evaluating my health habits hasn’t yet gotten too far. I’ve still been eating the things I don’t need, but I’m doing so in moderation and haven’t been snacking as much, so that’s a step in the right direction. I’m hoping that soon I’ll stop testing the waters with that toe and dive right in.
Of course, this is something I’ve wanted for many years now and I still haven’t been able to actually accomplish anything. Time has been passing so quickly that I hardly notice before the day is over and I find that I’ve missed yet another opportunity to take better care of myself.
My next trick is to actually manage to slow down and remember the fact that I need to be more careful about what I eat. My next trip to the grocery store will include a few of the things that I should be eating and less of the things that I shouldn’t. This will not only be good for me, but for the rest of my family as well, and focusing on that fact will be another way for me to start doing what I should.
