This is Tough

My body is not enjoying the lack of breads, boxed cereals, and other unhealthy foods that I’ve cut out of my diet. I’ve got to start eating more fiber-rich fruits and vegetables that will fill me up better - though I have been having at least an apple, and oatmeal with fruit, each day for the past couple weeks. I’ve also got to stop having microwave popcorn and start making the plain stuff in my popper again.
Eventually, I will stop craving the junk and start enjoying the healthier foods.
