Another Pound

My last weigh-in indicated that I’m now down to 198 pounds. Considering how long I’ve been trying to get back below 200, this is a major victory for me. Especially since we haven’t yet reached the end of January.

The last week or so I’ve just been eating whatever I’d like (except items with flour and/or sugar), so my next goal is to get myself back on track with my new eating plan. While I’ve been doing pretty well with my intake of fruits, I really need to increase my vegetables. Plus, I’m thinking that I should start having edamame or something else with protein instead of the processed meats I’ve been eating.

I’m on the right track, though.
