Nothing to Report
By Administrator | June 21, 2007
This morning, hubby and I skipped the bike ride in favor of nursing our tired sore muscles. I was glad of the break since I’d been awakened this morning by cramped calf muscles and I didn’t think I could really manage to go riding anyway. This evening, I hope to take a least a short walk when I get home from work. I also weighed myself and learned that I’m back up to 204 lbs. (probably due to building up those muscles that I’m feeling again for the first time in a long while).
I’ll be glad when this work week is over. Yesterday, we had several researchers in for the third day straight and I found that by the end of the day I was mad at the world. My temper and attitude deteriorated to the point where I actually complained to a restaurant about the service they provided us over the weekend, though I’m not a complainer by heart, and now I feel somewhat guilty about having done so. Still, I don’t plan to frequent this chain again despite the attempts they’ve been trying to make to get me back as a customer; their food was still overpriced, the quality was poor, and the staff did not endear themselves when I called to complain.
Okay, so maybe the title of this post is misleading. I guess I had a couple things to report. Now I’m done and I’m moving on. I hope today will be a better one.
