Lazy Sunday

Today was a pretty quiet day. For the most part, I just did the weekly grocery shopping, a few light chores, napped, and took a quick bike ride. My stats for the day: 3.5 miles at an average speed of 7.5 mph (max 20.6) and a total time of 28:34. I’m up to more than 51 miles total for the month of July and I’m wondering if I can break the century mark by the beginning of August. At least, it’s something to shoot for.
The one thing I didn’t manage today was to get to the swimming pool and I hope to do that tomorrow evening. I may take a morning stroll instead of a bike ride, but I would like to get on the bike for at least a short time tomorrow, even if I only manage a couple miles.
