Ordinary Day

This morning was nothing special, just a normal Thursday, but I feel very good. Hubby and I did a quick ride; the air is clear and pretty calm, the temperature cool, and a few light clouds are hanging above the Sierras. This is the kind of morning that reminds me how much I enjoy being alive!
The stats for this ride: 3.2 miles at an average speed of 8.6 mph (max 13.2) and a total ride time of 22:31. I feel pleasantly exercised and am now ready to go out and face another workday.
