On the Road Again

After just over two weeks, I finally got out on my bike again and did a very nice 3.1 mile ride this morning. The stats: average speed 7.4mph, 16.1mph top speed (down Washington - and pedaling!), over a total ride time of 24:43. The ride up King Street was almost as tough as when I first started riding again. Still, I got out riding and I’m looking forward to my next one. I’m well behind my distance for July and I don’t expect to do another 80-mile month, but at least I’m out getting some exercise…and that feels good…
