Smoke Gets In Your Eyes

Fires continue to rage across California and I feel bad for all the families affected by this frightening experience since we had a pretty bad one just up the hill from our house about four years ago. The smoke from these fires is being blown into Northern Nevada and we are currently under a “stagnant air” alert until noon Friday (lots of smoke + high heat + little wind = disgusting). Things are so bad that we’ve been warned of another potential air quality alert some time in the next couple days.
My thoughts and best wishes go out to everyone being affected by the California fires, especially the home and owners and firefighters. I hope these are under control soon so everyone can safely get back to “normal” life, whatever that may be.
